I think we should do that when the first person gets medical request so we are 100% sure of the next stage in the process. Before that there isn't much point IMO

Wayne.

also would like to know how long it takes for CIO to return application if something wrong with it..
and do they send it back thru, courier services......

seniors pliz advice.... anyone got CIO's email addresss?????

Dear Friends

Added one new column in the spreadsheet - Days elapsed since PER received ....

Cheers, Anil

Yes it is, Basmalahh!!! When I finally turn off the puter for the night, I have to note the page number so I can return to the right place in the morning. I try to guess, based on the number of pages I have to catch up, how many PERs have been revealed. All seems to depend on how well WENSTUMPED slept!!!

I do the same thing (noting the page no.), otherwise I would miss lots of pages :)
Well, if it all depends on wenstumped slept, mayb she could consider taking long naps as well :D

@ Avi: if I were u, I would get started with the Pcs, bcause they will probably contact u within the next few months

@ Sakhi: congrats for the happy news. Babies r such a joy :)

& wenstumped: pls pls, sleep a little more. ;)

Latest BOMED list!
I say you get the first Medical request on 10th January 2011.

I say this because someone has informed that their forms were sent to th VO on 25th Nov 2010 which means those ahead of them would have been sent earlier. 2 months before meds request should be adequate.

My guess.

this is the exact id
FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca

5th January sounds way too early to hear from VO - unless you think they will send an AOR telling us they received the documents from CIO?

Even if they look at post-June-26 applications right away (and honestly no idea how they will slot in the queue with pre-June-26 applications since they are 2 stages ahead, having already past the former 120 day stage and final eligibility review), the security/background checks will take at least 30 days. Then you have to figure in time to request medicals.

Also you have to factor in the time taken to transport the applications to the various countries. As I understand it they do not use Canada post, but a diplomatic courier, but it will still take a week or two.

My guess is that the first applicants to hear medical requests from VO will be somewhere between February and April.

Wayne.
