Hi Wakawaka,
I have sent 2 emails to CIO with a gap of one week and both times they have replied that application is under review without any file number or client ID.
My application was received on 30th Sept and I can not check if my BD was encashed or not. But I see in your data that your application was received on 9th Sept and your BD was encashed on 21st Sept.
I guess we will have to wait for a few more days to find out what does this mean.
Wishing you, myself and everyone else best of luck.

hey thanks.. lets see how it goes

Cogratulations Wayne, Ingy & all the others

Was really happy u got yours Wayne :)

Yes, Cam...some of us are here, not celebrating, just trying to figure out how CIO can lose the same person's application TWICE??? So depressing. Is losing an application better than having it rejected?

"So it is."
"And freezing."
"Is it?"
"Yes," said Eeyore. "However," he said, brightening up a little, "we haven't had an earthquake lately."

No, it woudn't because the number on the spreadsheet is wrong. I realized that yesterday. My application was received by CIO the same day as Avi's (August 30), but the number displayed under time lapse is different for both of us. I think mine needs to be corrected.

I just have to wait and see ... And we have seen that not all the PERs were sent in perfect order anyway. For now, I just keep refreshing my email account, lol.

Hi Pippin:

Yes, I read that... unbelievable... leaves me speechless. ??? They should give that person an honorary PR visa. Seriously, your friend should consider going public with that. Coverage in a few papers or other forms of news media could get some quick response.

The problem is, some of these documents we are sending out are original and irreplaceable, which makes it quite frustrating. :(

Best of luck to your friend...
Cam
