Yes, i am dead sure! I checked up with Thomas Cook and they have sent an email specifying this date.
Just in case, i receive my PER, how long can New Delhi VO take before they send a request for Medical ?

Another thing, can New Delhi VO decline the application overruling CIC decision because of whatever reason ?

Hey dear..

We can say about this only after we get first few responses..... but for prediction sake, we can say it should not take more than 6-8 weeks for the VO to response .....from the date of PER :o 8) :o .... which, with time may reduce.

Yes..... VO has got full authority to decline any application ........ one of the major (& important) factor is individual's Background Check (BC). An applicant may apply with various negative factors, which CIO may not be able to detect ........ VO has to do this ......... like many individual's applying with various bogus documents, not actual (own) PoF, having not so good record / criminal record ...... all these matters ....and after this Medicals ...... >:( :'( >:(

Ethically if one is wrong and caught / detected, he is gone ...... VOs have got that power & why shouldn't they??!!!!

Cheers, Anil

Hey Katy

I am sorry for whatever is happening to you. TNT is a good courier service, don't know what went wrong!!

You can find all the details under my signature .... the telephone #s and the name of the persons receiving (under ND tracker)..... BUT there are lot many individuals responsible for this ..... Paul, Glen Miller, Mike, M Krswda ... they may be doing this alternate days / weeks / shifts ..... we don't know ...... it would be a hard task ...... All the Best.

One more thing ..... the telephone # mentioned is not at all concerned to this place of receiving documents. Rather it is not even near to this place (it's in Ottawa) ... so this may not work.....

Cheers, Anil
