Just spoke at sb in Candian immi office.
They open the letters received on and before 08 October. All letters received after that date are waiting to be open!! So no BD will be cashed in those letters too. Wanted to share this info with all applicants.

Hi Piotr,

Check this spreadsheet of guys on this forum. You can see that the applicants as late as early december have reported their CC charged. So dont believe the call centre people. The dont know nothing.

Hey Friends Kindly advise me regarding my 2 queries...

1. I dint send PCC in my initial application as per the rules at that time. I was expecting that they may ask me for PCC in my AOR/PFER but they dint.Day before yesterday I have mailed My case specific inquiry to VO ND too but have not gotten any reply yet.

And the other one is that In my PFER/AOR,there is an error in my permanent address.

So, What do u guys think... Should I mail them both the things or I should wait for their request for PCC??????

I agree with Wayne ............. As for PCC I think VO will ask you as soon as they receive your file .... so an indication to apply for PCC now.... 8) 8)
And thank god ..... there is someone (BTW - you're the 1st one), who has NOT sent the PCC and got PER ........ The other day someone was raising this question. Finally, you are here with your update. ;D ;D
It will be great if you can clarify this - Is there anything different as compared to the previous PERs ...... like anything related to PCC?? You can just have a look at the 1st PER (Physiocraze) and compare the same. Its on page 320, reply # 4797. Thank you.

Ok, firstly welcome to the thread I have added your details to the spreadsheet.

Secondly, I don't think it's correct that no applications after 8th October have been opened. Applications received as late as December have already have their CC charged and BD cashed if you check the spreadsheet.

Perhaps they meant that they have done eligibility reviews up to 8th October?

Welcome to the forum

I guess they have indicated the eligibility review and not the completeness check of applications(Letters :-[ :-[), as we have got confirmations of payment encashments for applications received until end of November

If they have reached Oct 8th, our applications are in the next lot (received on Oct 15th) may be they'll lay hands on them in the next couple of weeks

Hi Akrum,

Congrats! I have updated your details on the spreadsheet. Just to confirm, our spreadsheet said your application was received 18 August but you have said 26 Aug, can you please confirm which is correct?

This is progress since it means CIC are starting to do up to 26 August 2010 received dates, meaning they will be starting September applications soon. Of course we don't expect these PERs to come in exact received date order but it is nice to see general patterns.

As for the "next step", we believe visa office will write to you for medical requests, since CIO have already done the final eligibility review, unless they want more information. Either way the next thing you hear should be from your visa office.
