Sorry brother, there's no way to know when my BD was encashed from my country. I've tried few times.

whats formerly known as AOR has now been changed to PER (Positive Eligibility Review) by our forum members because it makes more sense congrats on getting yours jeanne!!

Thanks for your swift response everyone! When my brother who emigrated to the USA in 1999 visited our family recently (my dad is dying of cancer) he told me that if you want something bad enough you just have to firmly BELIEVE that it WILL happen for you and hold on to that and then it WILL happen for you.
