As i can see that 266 applications of your NOC have being recevied by the CIO.. So you have time to send your application back but this time make sure that you send complete application... where ever section is not applicable to you, mention "N/A" Not applicable. Do not leave any blanks..

I am new to this forum, I have sent courier with my application under NOC 3131 on 18th November. How would I know my application has reached? I DON`t get my file back, i want to send my file again without waiting the old file but my IELTS TRF is in the old file.

but i don`t have the original IELTS TRF, now what should i do ?

one of my friend reapply without getting his file back then he found that the problem was CC encashment so he is going to send third one
my suggestion is to wait and see what was the reasons

I had asked this question in a separate thread but I am reposting it here as I am reading different comments. If the credit card was charged is this a good sign?
I am currently on a postgraduate work permit, working in Canada, and applied with a job offer letter from my current employer...my application was received by CIO on October 22nd and my credit card was charged on October 28th. I am not sure if this is a good sign, or if CIO still returns/rejects applications after charging one's credit card. Any insights?

Welcome to the forum.
Obviously it's a good sign. But it depends what is your definition of "Good". I think it's a encouriging-good and not "Woohoo"-good sign, as you would do once you get your medical requests. Rejections can happen at any stage.

CCs get charged only once you have passed the completeness check and a basic review of your application. The initial review
is not exhaustive but just to check if there are no visible descrepencies in your applications like job duties should relate to your NOC code or (as in your case) your job offer somewhat relate to your NOC & PG education , points tally and stuff. There is one ND VO case who applied on August 16th and got his rejection on August 24th. The reason mentioned on the ND spreadsheet is JOB DUTIES, which means they didn't match. His BD was not charged. I don't think CIO guys would charge your CC just on the completenss check and then return the application in a fortnight because you don't comply to the job/education requirements.

If the time gap between your application and CC charge is worrying you (as 6 days in your case),then it is totally unwarranted.
If you check post 26 june spreadsheet that we have here, you would notice the time gap squeezing for September & October applicants. The applicants in July got their BD encashed in September (TG- apprx 8 weeks). This came down to 4-6 weeks for August applicants and for September and October applicants it varies from 1-2 weeks. Thus, the time gap has got very little to do with the profile of the applicant.

As per the details you have given, I think your's a straight-forward case. Since yOu are on a PG work permit and with the job offer from your current employer, which , I presume is related to your education... you are gonna stay there !!!

Actually as my application I preapre 2 copies but it now use all of them for first time.

My consultant told that we need 2 copies for 2 period. So some of my certificates just have 1 in first application.

They told me now ready document when they say sending I can sent immediately. ( I think it will be after having AOR)

As my opinion before, activities of VO is request & recevice submmit documents then checking background in total, after that is issued medical request, PPR.....

It is less activities than before because CIC do it for them maybe 40% duty as before.

So normally, CIC 60% and VO 40% activities now.

Is that maybe right

Do u know what type of job VO will do now? I mean, what will be their activities now....

After finish IETLS exam, you can request at less free 2 copies from them.

Incase if you have just only one, so I think the same with others, just waitting for your file back.
If your NOC is not reach CAP, it is no matter. I think so.

We are happy that you joined this thread. With the date that you have mentioned, you have become the 1st applicant for New Delhi VO (as per this thread records). And it will be really great if you can tell us that you have received the AOR (or not).

Please update us with other details..... I assume your VO is New Delhi and 15th July is the receipt date by CIO (& not the dt. of sending). Did you send the PCC? CC or BD? Payment status?.... and your place of residence in India?? Thanks for the cooperation.
BTW - you have been added in ND tracker... please check it.

Returns/rejects just not encashed.

Hi - the application can be rejected before or after encashment, depending on where it fails.

Return before encashment means it failed its completeness check, or there was problem with payment.
Return after encashment means it failde its eligibility review.

We have only just seen the first AORs coming in by email, but any rejections from eligibility review will be in writing so I would expect it to take a couple of weeks at least before the first post-encashment rejections, if we have any, come in.
