Hard to predict. So far we've made predictions only to be proven wrong.

Ok, i think meds should be the same as for Pre June. Nothing special, just maybe someone knows the statistics?

About employers, yes of course, you can ask your boss "does somebody from Canada contacted you about me?"

Lucky guys with AORs, I have some questions:

1. Do you know if CIO have called or e-mailed your employers? I mean you can ask them if they were contacted.

2. How fast do you think Meds results will be processed from the visit of doctor till positive decision?

3. How else do you start to prepare?

Guys, please don't disappear, you are our lighthouse in this dark ocean of unknown!

1-No one contacted my employers till now...I think VO will do that.
2-I think we should give VO 2 months for background checks & calling employers then 2 more 2 request submitting medicals & PCC if not yet...so medicals by March & visa by May as i hope.
3-only PCC unless VO will ask for any more documents for bank accounts as example or employers payment slip/contract or whatever....that's all....regards.

thx guys for all the kind feelings....wish u all the best.

@asaif @canady @smaaar....special thanks 2 u guys...ISA nsma3 3ankom kol 7'er oraib awy....c u

Hi, I just joined the forum and would like to add my info to the spreadsheet:

Application Sent: August 25, 2010
Visa Office: Buffalo
NOC: 1122 (FSW 1)
Application Received: August 30, 2010
Method of Payment: Was originally CC, but CIO sent email on September 15, 2010 saying my application was complete, but that there were problems charging the card. I sent BD which was received by CIO on 10/12/2010. I don't know if it was cashed.
Police C.: Not sent w/ application

Good luck to everyone!!!

I have contacted my previous employers and the HR manager said that there has been no call from any body about me. And there is no contact yet with my present employers. If anyone can confirm that his/her employers (or previous) were contacted, please share it here.
Congrats and best wishes to our fortunate friends with AORs.

A very big thanks to Wayne & co. You are doing fantastic job in this forum. You deserve to land in Canada soon. Best wishes in your application.

Good news continued today and we saw 3 more AORs today :) :). So according to my calculations, they are sending about 30-40 AORs per day which i hope to increase in future and before January, they will try to send the AOR to everyone which is not bad. I think they are sending the AORs in order and based on the complexity of application, there may be a difference of +/- 2 weeks. So, now they are on july and early august and we should expect to see the AORs from this time period only for next couple of days....lets see what happens
