whats your IELTS Score ? Do you have an LMO ( your your job category is exempted from LMO before and now its not an LMO Excempted job- they changed the rule)- I am kind of confused abt this..

I just got my english result and my category is also same as your's ...i could score only moderate 8 points in english...I am planing to send my documents next month..

I scored six band. Yes I have an LMO, my job is not exempt from LMO. Thanks !

i, myself have worked for only a year as a staff nurse and had been a CI since (almost 4 years already). it has been my worry eversince that they might not consider my CI experience. tho my consultancy agent says it will be considered since NURSE INSTRUCTOR is a sub-category of NOC 3152 (RN).

let's just hope and pray for the best my friend.

ok. well never know unless we recieve any letter from them that they accepted it or reject it, but i read that someone sent his document but he only got 65points and the cio still processed it, well even in the website you can still pass your documents even you have less than 67 points unless you can prove to them that you can be stable in canada and if you think that there are factors that will lift up your score.. very lucky guy, but that was before may be they are more strict nowadays..

As pointed out "factors for example, limited travel history, no previous visa refusals, high IELTS score, etc" how these could come in completeness check? this may be part of VO check process. but i think this should not be the criteria for delay of AOR at CIC.

There are so many queries about birth certificates on the Forum. Recently, on PAGE 2 of the thread, "N/Delhi VO...post-26 June 2010 applicants - lets get connected", Anil04_10 posted a letter dated 3 September 2010 from the ND VO regarding requirement for ORIGINAL transcripts. In the letter, item 3 states: "YOU MAY PROVIDE PASSPORT, SCHOOL CERTIFICATE, RATION CARD OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT ISSUED DOCUMENT SHOWING YOUR DATE OF BIRTH."
I don't know if this is VO specific, but I hope it helps. Cheers.

What's up!! I believe Prab have written his exams (on 25th if I am not wrong) .... how was it.... Hope this time he didn't have any doubts.... All the best for the results..... 8) 8)

Finally...????.....I am ready will the completion ..... sending it tomorrow. We did our level best to complete the application, with spoon feeding kind of explanations & assortment of documents....Hope they won't return the same....saying that it was too meticulous We don't know, they can find fault in 'nothing wrong' also .... Waiting for your updates

Yes, Prab has done his IELTS better this time and fingers crossed :-X :-X.. Hope we get better points It's time for me to gather the rest of the documents I just realized filling the forms itself is not an easy task ??? ??? . I will keep bothering you with more doubts on forms, until i'm done with it.

mine was Visa debit, charged 7 Sep 2010. please call your bank upfront to ensure they have no limits on overseas charges like CIC

Are you sure, visa DEBIT card? Because i think they accept credit cards and not debit cards.
