Dear rajughosh,

It really depends on where your VO is and what your VO requires. However, generally, you have to attach your original transcript sealed in school's envelop along with a copy of your degree or diploma.

They ask for original transcript sealed in university (college) envelope..no matter it contains marks or marksheets, no. of hours of lectures attended per subject or just mentioning your period of study there..
basically it depends upon the trend of college/university issuing the transcript..

They want the documents in a sealed envelope to be sure that the documents are not forged.

I think they understand that the actual format of the transcripts will vary from country to country and from university to university.

Yes generally you need:
- Photocopy of degree certificate (notarized)
- Original transcripts in a sealed University envelope

The actual requirements may vary slightly from visa office to visa office, so be sure to check with the visa-specific checklist for your office.

pcc has sended along with application bcz i used the checklist on july 29's one
