Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hello Seniors,

A quick question - I sent my passports to NY consulate for stamping and were received by them yesterday. How long do you think the consulate would send them back? any idea? Your response is highly appreciated.

Yesterday I received my M also i received a letter dated on oct 9th they requested updated police certificate and updated form; they requested the document within 30 days from the letter date which will not be enough to arrnge the documents. what shall i do?
Also they requested me to send the prv fees is that normal?

Congratulations on your medicals. It is common and it happens. What you can do is.. apply for police certificates and mention the reason why you need them early. Also, let consulate know that it going to take and need some more time for police certificates. Send the rest of the documents within 30 days.

My family and I received our Passport/Visa and Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) on the 01/11/2012. We are over the moon.

I applied in September 2010 fsw2, received file number in February 2011, file transfered to buffalo and nothing more happens.

Don't let anyone deceive you. You have passed the prescribed processing duration so you are entitled to make enquiries.

People may come on and say you shouldn't but the truth is that they all do. When I was ready for processing, I sent cse's almost every week and got positive responses always.

Go ahead and make your enquiry.

Its been a long time, I've not replied.
I had lost all my hopes with regards to the Visa.

Today i have got a mail for my Medicals\IMM5669\Payment of fees\PCC and Passport to be submitted.

I was glad to know that my application still is in progress and now hopefully at the final stage.
