Dear Fellow members,

I am stuck in a wierd situation. Got my GCMS notes on friday. Seemed ok in the beginning but when I saw the the notes I just shocked to see that in note 1 its mention that. "LTR from employer stating that the applicant has submitted fraudulant EMP docs stating he is a restaurant manager. LTR states PA has been employed as Education Coordinator since 2007. It's true but not 100 %. I am working as an Education Coordinator, Quality Surveyor and Restaurant. I submitted original docs, all signed and given by the employer. How can that ba***** do that to me." I devoted 7 years to his company in less than 8000 SAR salary. which is nothing. I am doing side business to survive properly I have a family and a child. Have to cover all monthly expenses. I think he took the revenge coz I started side business without telling him but this is not an issue, I didnt betray him or harm him and neither this is a crime. I've legal license of business which is not a very hi fi business. Just trying to move with life. Dont know what to do now. Seniors please help and advise. My employer will be back from Canada today. I'll ask him with proof. Still need your help and advice.

Regards.
Fazal.

As far I can see, your employer or whoever wrote the said letter has already created a doubt in your application. More often than not your situation can lead to prolonged processing due to lengthy verification and correspondence or an eventual refusal depending on the visa officer and/or additional evidence.

Hello Fazal,

Sorry to hear about your case. I think you should not fight with your employer at this time and try to talk to him softly, ask him for the updated reference letters and write a cover letter on your company's letter head and mention in it that details given to VO was not true because some newly hired person gave it then get it signed by your employer.

BTW what is your current ECAS status? RBVO or In process?

All the best.

Passion.

Are you sure. I have left only 19 days to sent the passport to uk

Please help. I haven't seen any documents saying that surname is a must. The problem is with my wife's passport.

None of her other documents have surname eg; birth certificate etc

She doesn't like any surname. In that case how immigration can tell a person that surname is a must?

Please tell me what to do. Getting a new passport Will take time.

Your response to suggestions made for you leads me to wonder if you really need help or you already have in mind what to do. Please provide more information about the situation/problem to get the exact help you need. For example, I really don't know what you mean by someone not having a surname? - that appears strange for some of us. Can you explain the exact situation. And please if you really need help be open to advice!

For anyone applying as FSW/CEC, your employment references are a major central influence on your application. I don't mean to scare anyone or be too forward, if I were Fazal, I would start thinking of filing another application possibly for CEC if he has been working in Canada and has met the requirements. Resending another letter may not help in this case.

I imagine you/she filled out CIC forms when you were applying ( either you added her to your application or she's the principal applicant, right?)? What names (surname) did she use and how did you/she fill out her forms? If they didn't have issues with it and you even got med and PPR, why is it going to be an issue now?

I am the PA. Cic forms I have filled for her as per the passport and other documents where no surnames is written in any documents instead all gone with blanks only. It is an individuals priority that a surname is needed of not

Med and ppr over

I hope now u understood the situation

Please advice me shall I sent the passport directly

I really haven't experienced this situation before. But here is what I think: if you have processed her papers up till now without the surnames you MAY want to also send her passports as it is. At this stage, even if CIC has any issues with the passport, they will let you know, and I don't see it having any effect on your PR except it might cause delays. I think you should be fine.

Thank you for your support and really praying for smooth breakthrough. Please tell me what will be the delay ,if occurred, apart from normal six weeks expected .

I am hoping there would be no delays, but only VO can determine what next after you send the Passport. Cheers!
