Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi,

Me n family landed on June 6, 2012.

Myself , wife and one kid received PR Cards. 2 more kids need to get PR Cards.

I heard that we need to send copy PR Card of children along with child benefit application to avail the benefits...or else the application will be returned.

I would like to know whether COPR is sufficient to apply for child benefits? or any other document?

CCTB office does not require any Photocopy of PR cards as confirmed by a CCTB agent.
You need to send the forms :

2. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/rc66sch/rc66sch-11e.pdf

The application will take 6-8 weeks to process. In the mean time if CCTB needs any information they will request you to send and in the meantime if you get the PR cards of your children, you can send them as well. You can send the COPR papers of all family members along with your application including the PR card copy of the members who have them. This is just to expedite the process.

hello every one ,,, i got MR, APPLICATION FORM 1M0008, TRAVEL HISTORY FORM from london visa office DATED: 20th aug 2012 ,,,THEY DID NOT ASK FOR PCC {DONT KNOW WHY ??} NOW I M IN INDIA ,TODAY I WENT FOR MEDICAL TO DMP BUT HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY CANT SEND MEDICAL TO LONDON VISA OFFICE ,THEY WILL SEND MEDICAL TO DELHI RMO ,, HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE EMAIL FROM " MEDICAL DEPARTMENT DELHI, CANADA HIGH COMMISSION THE MAIL DATED 18TH JUNE 2012 WAS WRITTEN LIKE " DEAR PANEL PHYSICIANS, IT IS A GENTLE REMINDER THAT ALL IME IRRESPECTIVE TO THERE VISA OFFICES SHOULD BE FORWArDED to RMO NEW DELHI " SO I DID MEDICAL AS DMP SAID TODAY [30TH AUG } .....WILL IT EFFECT ON MY CASE ??/? SHOULD I SENT A EMAIL TO LONDON VISA OFFICE REGARDING THIS???

Hi all members,

I have benefitted too much from your useful advise. Can you please guide me here for a little issue. My case is under processing since Feb 2012. I have submitted updated docs, PCCs' and two photos of each family member in the last month. Now,God has blessed me with children so;
1. Do i need to just inform them or resend updated forms.
2. The passports and B-form will take time to be issued. Especially, it would require the baby to keep eyes open during photo which is close to impossible for infants as they awake in their own times. Is it compulsory to have passports for infants or it could be submitted later on.
3. The fees draft is required to be sent to CIO Nova Scotia, Canada or CHC London which is processing my case.
4. How to meet the conditions of updated immigration pictures for infants with eyes open etc

THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS STAGE PLEASE SUGGEST ABOUT THE ABOVE THINGS IN MY MIND.

Hello RNSS,

1. It is always good to get a first hand information from the LVO. Inform them you have a new babe, and that you want to update your file with with him or her's, ask them about the details of relevant documents they want from you in order to update your file with your babe. When you are sending the forms in a later date attach the email containing the detail they will send to you with it, to ensure you have comply with their directives. Do the above while you are waiting for the babe to open his/her eyes, Birth Certificate and Passport to ready.

2. It takes them some few days to open there eyes any way depending on your babe, but take the babe to the photographer and he/she knows what to do. They are expert and must have seen such cases in recent times.

3. You have to send Passport with your updated documents.

4. Banker's Draft must be sent to London office not Novia Scotia.

If you think you have detail of the documents you are to send, you can do it, but for me I will suggest you send them CSE informing them about the arrival of the new born babe, while you awaiting for their reply, try and get the Passport done, B Certificate done and send everything to them ones, with that it will save you time, help you send relevant document according to their requirement and help speedy up your process.
