Dear All
I got medical examined on 29th June, and sent (via courier) London Visa office my updated police certificate and schedule A (back ground declaration) form dated June 30, 2012.

In my all initial forms (2009) and updated forms (June 2012) my employer remains same but on 1st July (Next Day after submitting Schedule A and police certificate) I resigned and joined another company same day.

Do I need to update Visa office regarding my new job or remain quite?

Please, advise.

I have received back from the london visa office my originals and photocopies of all documents that were sent with the application...

I am confused...what does this mean....is my application rejected...:-(....

No. You will get MR soon.
They never reject without telling you the reason. It is against their own laws.

i had a travelling history to malaysia, i stayed their for 2 years on student visa, but i did not finish my studies in malaysia, i was scared that my application will not be considered, therefore, i hide this travel history on my application.

i am currently in process with date with my application, please guys, advice me, will i be caught at this stage as i am already in process? do they contact all countries during security check to find out travel history other then countries mentioned in PCC???

Im old freind in this forum,But my work keeps me very busy for long time.
This time in need your urgent heeeeeeeeeeelp.Im pre-june 2010 applicant,Cairo VO,and I got my PAR since since last May 2011
I did not get any correspondent from cairooffice since last May about the updated status of my application of SWP category.
Really,I started to be worried after I check my e-CAS status in CIC website, Its mention that :
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. :'( :'(
What's it is mean? Is it positive or negative indication for my application,Spcially my case took more than normal processing time without receive medical request.

Please advice as soon as possible

Did they add 2nd line on your ecase they started processing on your case on xx/xx/2012 or not.

Received a letter today from cic asking for more medical tests from the DMP I previously went to, but he is on his annual leave for 2 months. What do you advise?

Very risky business. You should have disclosed it even though you never completed your studies.
Hopefully you did not leave any space in your history.

As long as there are no gaps in your history, you should be fine even though you should have declared it. Ideally it will be financially and humanly demanding to check your overseas residence by asking all countries - I imagine they would act on what you have declared, but the danger is if you leave any space in your history - that's a red flag. Again, if you unknowingly mention Malaysia elsewhere in your applicable - that might also be trouble.

NO, i havent left any gap/space in my application and covered up two years of stay in malaysia, my application file wont reveal anything, but, will they be able to find it out anyway? i mean, how they will find out about my stay in malaysia without any clue whatsoever? and also my old passport with malaysia visa is not mentioned in application? will they check all the countries of this planet to find out my travel history?? pls advice.

dear sir, thanks for your words of comfort, all seniors in this forum are very tough on my after i disclosed this info to them, they all are saying i will be cough, i never meant to hart anyone and wont, i just want a better life in canada that's all, and also i didn't commit any crime in malaysia.

my question is do they have any international database where canadian immigration officer can type my name and it will reveal my malaysia travel history???

You may not have committed a crime in Malaysia, but you have broken Canadian law by lying to CIC, which is an offence under Canada's immigration laws.

Why can people simply not tell the truth? There is no need to leave any gaps - simply state that you traveled to Malaysia on a student visa and did not complete your studies. Why the need to lie?

I sympathize with anybody making an honest mistake in their application, but people knowingly lying and deceiving CIC it quite another matter.
