Hi all

Have not been on the forum for a very long while. Trying to log on to ICAS without success. Anyone knows what is happening. Can someone shed some light on the situation? Applied in Sept. 2010, got PER Jan 2011 but nothing else after that. Is it possible that they could be working on my file.

Yes donmar,

Same situation is being faced by a number of Sept./Oct 2010 applicants, including myself. All log-in efforts lead to no where except failure to log-in.

Yap, this log-in and address disappearance mystery are taken by many to be a positive sign and is thought that VO is working on the concerned files.

Anyways, as immigration is a game of great patience, nothing can be said with certainty because couple of weeks ago, same "log-in" problem did occur, but nothing came up positive, only it started to log-in again after a week or so.

Lets hope for the best!

Regards

Malik

Dear Form Members,

your opinion is required about my case.

After the long disappearance of my Ecase today I have received the refusal letter saying that I have got insufficient points i.e.65

clearly there is a mistake in point calculation they have not given any point of my spouse education.

Besides that they have not given me full points of education 22- instead of 25 (As I have done my MS after Masters degree which is a qualifying degree towards Mphil/PHD)

Please Advice is there any chance that I can appeal against the decision?

Waiting for your response as I need to act quickly before they send my file back :(

Regards,
AD

Hi, I received the same additional medical test regarding Repeat chest x-ray and Sputum test. The doctor told me that I just need to undergo repeat chest x-ray because I have no phlegm or sputum. And it is stated in the letter too that if unable to produce sputum, send preivous Chest X-ray... Did you still undergo sputum test?

I hope you will reply to enlighten me. Thank you!
