kpkinnera had the same problem and he sent an email to web-tech-support@cic.gc.ca and got a prompt reply that they will check out the problem and let him know... I think it would be good for you to notify them too!! and by the way, are from NOC 1122?

Dear MSAgar
I have the same updte just my PER was 11th April 2011, and the est is the same, but i don't recieve the hard copy of PER, i recieved it on email, and they also mention my address incomplete, so how what should i do now, my VO is London???

If you are talking about PER that is from CIC then it is always by email... If you are talking about AOR from your London Visa Office then it generally comes by mail (a hard copy) but if you have got it in email, I don't see a reason to worry for the hard copy... Others might give inputs otherwise! And about your address, you should notify the Visa Office through and email and a fax...

Dear Friends
Since last 18 months today first time a slight change observed in my status.

Today
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 8, 2011 to xxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx, Chandigarh, India, 160 022. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

till yesterday it was like that

We received your application for permanent residence on November 24, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 8, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Is it sing of any positive response.

Sorry I don't want to disappoint you but IMO such minor changes are generally just a format change in the ECAS by the CIC... Just that they have started mentioning the mailing address in the inner lines too! I don't see anything more than that... I wish I am wrong though and that you really hear something after this change! :) All the best!!!

I also have applied for CEC - application reached Sydney June 1. FSW2 RBVO.timeline on the left.

Hi YoseMite,
We both are on same boat..it looks FSW will be more on slow track as ministry proposed new changes during april/may on FSW and focused on CEC.
still no processing time mentioned for those who applied after june26 2010. to add more worries buffaloVO closed and transfered its applications.
that means all thier backlogs are carried to others. so it should take atleast next 3 months for other VO's to streamline their process. this is just a guess..

for CEC we should get the AOR within 2-3 month and another 2 months for medical..(dreaming :) )

You're not dreaming. Many of my colleagues applied under CEC and had approximately the same wait times you mentioned above. Two of my friends applied last September and got their visa in April. Not bad I say.

I dont think you are dreaming ! have followed the CEC forum closely and found out that CEC is quite fast..so fingers crossed !! When we are waiting...any wait seems long esp after the exhausting FSW wait ! Although i have read a few cases which seem to be taking longer than usual...i do think we will get processed fast under CEC..Good Luck !
