I believe i was called for interview since i applied once before few years back but was not able to provide job papers then. Interview went good. Basically VO just verified step by step that i do have enough points.
Hopefully i get passport request soon.

Go to 'Profile' link on the top of the page, then click on 'Forum Profile Information' on the left. Then you can modify the fields for Category, Visa Office, App Filed etc to fill in your timeline.

I am a dec 2010 applicant too. I applied on Dec 24th 2010. Also, I am FSW2 applicant. I havent heard any thing from buffalo VO. but, recently.. I saw a post where an applicant who applied on Dec 16th 2010 got the application transferred to detroit VO.

That's such a wrong information you got from CIC. The email Id is as follows:

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

Yes, you can email your request to the GCMS office. You are also allowed to send scanned documents to this ID. I am sure you already know that there is now a new payment system online and if you are living in Canada or have a friend or relative in Canada, then the payment is just $5.

Check this link by Cocknbull for the latest. Qorax has a similar thread on CAIPS but many changes has been made later.

I did ask about this email id, and both the times I was told by CIC call centre, that email id is not responded to. I did make my payment online though.

Here is the same situation...still in Buffalo...no transferred...

Dec 2010 buffalo applicants..............dont worry......I got email from buffalo after i sent a case specific enquiry regarding my application. So, if you did not get a mail ....dont worry...may be your files also been transferred. Good luck to you all.

I also applied under CEC and done my medicals last month.
