8 months since my medical done still waiting for PPR1. They never contact me since last many months except in Sept 2011 they asked me for the Latest Schedule A form to submit. However, i applied for caip notes/ Gcms let see what happen to my file.....

What does it mean that your file is awaiting for visa officer review? LVO is sleeping i guess

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I know I have been quite passive but I thought I should share some news hopefully to encourage those who have been waiting for Buffalo to break the silence. Well the beast has finally woken up. I received my MR. However, attached is a list of documents that I need to send including educational transcripts, letters from my employers, proof of work authorization for all the years lived in U.S, bank statements, tax docs etc etc. It feels like I am applying afresh all over again. A bit concerned but hoping and praying that all will go well.
I also noted that the letter was sent from the Detroit office meaning that they transferred my file but never notified me. Hope this will uplift some spirits.

Had you not sent these documents before, besides taxes, we were supposed to send all of them I believe.

Dear all,

This is our update-
still have not received any reply from LVO, asking them to acknowledge the receipt of our newborn addition,
sent them hard copy letter yesterday. And ordered CAIPS, so to have an idea whats going on with our file.
we still waiting for our kids med forms to be received. can not understand whats the point of holding it

Anyone please share your experience how else i can communicate with Canadian representatives in London, to make them be nice to their clients. :'(

visa stamped on 2 april i got it on 3 april
my e cas shows decision made since 2 april

At times like these, perhaps a way to brighten your spirits is consider the ways you have been fortunate compared with other applicants.

You could have been waiting for 8 years only for CIC to cancel your application.

Come on chin up, it's not that bad - I am sure as a post-June-2010 applicant you will get medicals fairly soon

Hi CAM1234,

Yes, i had sent all those documents including transcripts and letters from employers. However, they are requesting updated ones and more details. They have requested a long list of almost 10 things. The letter almost looks like it is from USCIS. I think they are becoming very strict, so start gathering all the supporting documents that you think they can ask for ex. letters from your employers, proof of your immigration status for the years lived in U.S HIB, EADs , official transcripts, police certificate from home country and FBI etc I don't understand the reason behind the scrutiny, but as I wrote earlier I believe if it is in the will of God we will all get there regardless of the circumstances. If you have specific questions pls feel free to pm me. I am curious of what they typically ask for, if this is a new policy. Seniors who have already received there MR please let us know what supporting docs they normally ask for.

Today is last working day of this week for NDVO. Tomorrow NDVO is closed for Good Friday.

Next working day will be 9th April 2012.

Hope that after 3 days rest...NDVO will work fast and we will receive some good news from them.
