Is it ok to send enquiry by my self, even if i have a repesentative? and if they answered, will they send the answer to me or to the rep?

one more thing, my address has been disappeared since Dec 2011, is it a normal thing?

i had a representative and i've sent a few questions to Warsaw VO. But i asked them sending an enquiry directly to Warsaw VO's e-mail and putting my case number in the content of the letter. I got an answer every time.
