Great news Ajay! Gives a lot of hope for all MI2 and MI3 buffalo applicants. Looks like the BFD of 1 year from PER as predicted by some (based on caips notes) is correct. If they touched your file on 12th feb 2012, you now got in process and let us see how long it takes for you to get a MR.

It changed sometime this week, I checked it today. The status says In process, no other line and if I drill down for additional information, it has not changed and states that my application was received in Oct 2010 and they sent me PER in Feb 2011
