Dear Canadestine & Senior members,

I submitted my passports on Jan 13th 2012 & Medicals received line since 23rd Jan2012. As per Canadestine's calculations I had to get decision made by this weekend but no change in my ecase. How long do I need to wait as I am in India only waiting for the passports and it's already almost 2 months...
Please advice

From 2001 i kept myself updated about Canada PR Rules/News...first time i filed for PR was in 2001....it was refused...even thoughi got 15 points more than required....was not my fault neither CIC...just Destiny..

Then in 2004 for WP...refused after medicals....unbelievable reason..

Dear All,

in this forum i have asked one doubt few weeks before regarding cse.

mine is in process from nov 15th,2011..but till now no MR.when i have made a cse in december 12th,2011,they replied me back that further review is needed in my application.they will issue MR after the review complete and no action is required from side.if anything needs they will let me know.But now it is four months and no MR and no communications from VO.

now am planning to send one more CSE to NDVO.

my doubt is that,shall i send a fresh CSE or as a reminder enquiry of previous case specific enquiry?(means as a trial mail enquiry of previous one)

which should be better?

pls advice me...............what had happened for my file in your assumption?

Hi Dear, you are not alone who is still waiting for MR , Me too - I applied on Oct, 10 First AOR on feb 11, Telephonic inquiry july 11,Inprocess Dec 11 still get nothing from NDVO, one more thing I haven't got 2nd AOR , I already sent CSE couple of time but no reply, lets keep in touch.

We gave our PPs in person to LVO on thur 8th and will go to collect them on this coming Thursday but as of yet the ecas has no DM. Do you think there is a problem or something to worry about.

You're a september applicant and Im a November one... And never ever had any request for Police cert..

Do not worry LVO some times updates DM after receiving PP.
It should happen in 15 days.

Hi Kam:

The only consolation here is that all of us are late, if only one or two of us had not received med request, there would be something to worry about.

Two concerns:

-They take so long with our applications that laws are changed and they return our applications saying thanks but no thanks. Not very likely IMO, but could happen.

- At the pace we are being processed I think we could pass the 25 month processing time they have set for applicants before June 2010 (which seems to now apply to us post June 2010 applicants as well) I mean, my 25 months is under a year away, if I don't hear by July, I don't think we will make it. Even if we get our visa by 25 months from RBVO, most of us would have waited two and a half years!!

We have no choice here, life is not fair, all we can do is sit back and wait. In the meantime, maybe we should make up some other plans for ourselves, in case immigrating to Canada becomes impossible. It gives me no pleasure to say all this, but we have to face the truth.
