Dear all;
I want to discuss wih u my experience that there is no worry about decision made before medicals, it doesn't mean that it is a chance of rejection bcoz i got decision made once during my processing but after 3 months it changed to RBVO again and i was called for a interview at NDVO in Dec 2011 , and next day after my interview i got my medicals,PP,RPRF,PCC request and i did my med on 16th of Jan 2012 and sent my PP,PCC and RPRF on 21st of Jan 2012, Can anybody tell that how long it will take now.

That could be relieving for can-vishal!!!! You reading, vishal?? ??

And massey, my humble guess is that it should take about 3 to 4 weeks for you to get the stamped assets (the passports!!)!!!! Keep watching the ECAS for "Medicals Received" line now... And then "Decision Made" will follow right there... All the best :D

It'll approx. take 3 to 4 months. I am not sure but these are the timelines after issuing medicals in most cases.

it doesnt matter...take the birth cerificate for the interview...u if asked u can explain that in India(earlier) child is named after a week or so..n according to hospital records the b.c issued wid father n mothers name.

even i sent B.C. with my name not mentioned in it. :P

n afcourse NDVO is aware of B.C problem in India.

i think it works, i mean a gentle reminder does work, i was really gental on them and told them i m really too apprehensive, guess it works
:o :P

The wait is killing me :-/ specially because the email said that do not contact the VO for the next 90 days for the status of the application. I have seen that most cases will get info from VO within 2 months after the transfer
