Yep afterall it's ur money you can use it anywhere, Put it in fixed deposite or withdraw it ..... but IMHO
try to avoid big n large transactions which may cause unnecessary enquiries moreover they may ask you POF @ anytime during the process that time ur account shdnt be less than what it requires to be .......

According to Caips/GCMS

Bhakti's PER date is 8 March 2011 n BFD date is 8 March 2012

Vinod's PER date is 28 March 2011 n Eligibility Review Date is 28 March 2012

so with this we can understand that within 1 year from Date of PER the Eligibilty Review should complete.
Bhakti i said u will receive instructions by Feb 7.......Inshallah....but if u dont...then wait for 8 March ...i feel thats the final date for eligibilty review of ur application...

and i think the BFD date for kapinnera is 8 Feb 2012... his PER date is 8 Feb 2011

Any one crossed 1 YR From PER date and still dint receive MR/Interview Call/Doc Reuest etc?

Anyway, whatever it is!!! I do not have to do much except the keep praying and hoping it is soon... And ya, Pavan's BFD is Feb 7, to be precise...

File Number was issued on Sep 8, 2011.

File processing started on Jan 3, 2012.

I think amar is also in the same list! His BFD was Jan 6, if I am not wrong! I mean he did get MR/RPRF/PPR well before BFD i.e. on Oct 31, 2011 but he hasn't got his passports back even until now! The medicals received line has been added though and the RPRF has been en-cashed too!!
