This is bad news, but a few people are seeing their applications sent to LA VO and Detroit VO, so things are not as slow as they claim in your email. I think when they say BY June 30, they mean from now till then... that is my impression anyway.

Is this normal to get request for updated forms after getting medical request?

The letter is dated 16 Jan 2012 and my deadline is 1 March 2012.

My E-Cas status is "IN PROCESS" and it changed to in process on Sunday.

A special thanks to the VISA OFFICER for issuing me the MR/PPR/RPRF

Yes you are correct, i got MR/PPR/RPRF on 9.11.2011.

My medical report reached on 5.12.2011 and after than only my e-cas changed In process. (we reviewed .....application on 7.12.2011).

As i got one clarification letter end of Dec. 2011 and IMM008 form again with travel history on 04.01.2012...I think that they have started to look my file after 7th Dec only....(May be they forgot to update ecase or by mistake they send me MR early...this only NDVO and God knows).

I have replied to all their clarification with supporting documents and its reached to NDVO on 10.01.2012. Even there is re-medical for my wife...that also we have completed, only the problem is that report will come late.

So i have to wait till mid/end feb.

Lets hope for the best.
