5years & 8 Months is a considerable long time....then why the query on marriage ??

Just got a registered post for interview scheduledon 9th feb. . Is the interview letter same for all or does it mention d reason for interview somewhr? Feelin a bit nervous

dear harjot,
sometimes Interview is random, sometimes it has valid reason.
Reasons:
one applicant got call for interview since his docs were not notarized.
if u are a self employed dentist & didn't submit sufficient docs to prove your self employment then that might be the reason.
by the way, u don't have to worry, most applicants got their MR/PPR after few days from their interview and a small number of applicant got rejected

Hey kkr,

I didn't had any interview but they have asked the same thing to submit all my marriage ceremony photos & post marriage photo's as well & documents that establish my relation with my spouse... So i did the the same submitted all ceremony pics & in additions ceremony DVD's as well, with that my insurance, my medical policies, marriage certificate (which i did submitted earlier also) etc whatever documents that I can gather having my spouse name as nominee on it... In interview inspite of communication skills they might also check that are you ready to face challenges in the early years of the immigration to Canada...

Don't worry & be confident everything is going to be just fine...

actually in past many people faked the marriage....that's one of de reason applicants who r married n dosnt have children r mostly called for the interview

Also those senior members who have received marriage query, please let us all know the number of years of your marriage and how many kids you all have.....the answers will help us to analyze why the VO sends a marriage query
