Hello Everyone...I have applied for FSW2 in May 2011, recd PER in July 2011 and RBVO since August 2011. VO - Buffalo :(

Now..i wanted to know if i can go ahaed and apply for my FBI clearance and Police clearance certificates while waiting for Buffalo to wake up and issue Medicals? How long is FBI clearance and police clearance valid ?

Also another Q - is it possible to change VOs at this stage ? ;)

Thanx for your time !

Here you go:

As of January 1st 2012, all Canadian Experience Class applications must be submitted directly to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Thank you for that link and +1 for you :D This news makes sense, CIO has only between 5000-10,000 applications to go through this year, they can handle much more.

Folks, although the wait for us Buffalo applicants has been unbearable, I think CIC is well aware of the situation and are taking step after step to get ride of the back log. It is only a matter of time my friends, a bit more patience and we will hopefully join our friends from this forum in Canada :)

Excellent!! Great news buddy. +1 from my side to you. This news may bring some smile on buffalo VO applicants. I feel the same like you now. It may reduce the time frame which may speed up the process. Great!!

Thanks,
satya.

If this is true, then its a feel good situation that buffalo is processing applications (of course will be sad to see the random nature).

Thanks,
satya.

Hi Satya:

The max FSW applications for 2011 is 10,000 but I don't think that number will be reached...

What can we presume for RBVO guys ??

actually i think two approaches have been in use by NDVO, one is to be in process , wait and get meds like mine

and other is to get meds and in process the same day, i think u will get med and in process the same day, and it will be very soon, not many april applicants are left and its apparent dat NDVO is clearing backlog, so hang on u r next along wid all old applicants ;D ;D

I did send a CSE on October 8, 2011 when it was exactly 6 months to my AOR from NDVO... But it turned IP only by Dec 5, 2011 (process started Dec 2) i.e. much later after the CSE... Now again one month to IP and I have not yet got MR... Should I wait until end of next week or just send off a CSE?

i think u should fax them with the application date, aor date, and in process date, politely asking if you have missed any communication for additional documents form their side

sachin abraham, mycan, abaweja thanks a lot ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Dear Forum, My wife did her Medical today in Ontario Canada and her DMP is saying that she can only forward the medical results to RMO Ottawa. My visa office is Sydney, Australia and RMO is Singapore. My medical result has been posted to RMO Singapore. Please suggest that is it right for the DMP to send the results to Ottawa ???.

Big Congrats to you Fragrance10. Stay fit
