You will get the Medical request by e-mail only..now a days they are not sending by post.

i am checking it regular basis but no email yet can't be in spam i m using gmail.com ....might be cause of weekend rest is on god hoep will get it soon!!!!

it seems they will thru email as i read in forum now mostly peoples are getting it thru email but there are cases getting courier.....anyway i m waiting eagerly for medical etc by any way......
