9 months have been passed since PER and I am still RBVO
I have started feeling like left out

I know how you feel CF, in a few weeks my application will be a year old and I note there are some way older than mine; but what can we do? We just need to keep the hope alive and keep a positive spirit.

Note: this line appeares after only 2 weeks from receiving the Med by London VO

No update from NDVO. They seems not interested in replying to my queries.

I do have great patience... let me see who wins, my VO or me? :-D

Today received an email from CHC... mentioning they have sent me a letter dated 21-Sept-2011 asking for additional documents as "Passport size photographs as per the guideline of IMM3999" .... junk fellow doesn't know that IMM3999 applicable to Family Class Visa and not FSW/FSW2.... Wrote a solid email response asking to convince me if I still fall under Family Class ...... looking forward for their response.... I will keep you all posted on this... (if interested) !!!

Have u checked the Guideline IMM3999?....is the photograph specification different from FSW2 guide specifications?

Do contact "shaafqatz"....he received MR/PPR/Photographs.....and NDVO asked him to send photographs as per guideline of IMM3999.

If the photograph specification are same for both IMM3999 and FSW2 guide....then i suggest u not to waste time by waiting for NDVO reply..... send Photographs immediately....u wont b loosing anything.

Dude, I would say.. just post them.. nothing wrong in spending another 200 rs. Just get rid of your application from queue. I agree with canadestin.

The choice is yours CF, but i'll say except you are aware or strongly suspect that something significant might have happened since you last ordered (when exactly?), it may not show any significant information to worth your while.
