Hi all
i received an email from London VO that please provide us an updated schedule A form clearing two points:

1. You have indicated that "I have been a member of an organization or association" while not provided any detail in question 12 please clear you were then provide detail if not then intimate it clearly.
2. You have written employed as your activity in question 11 while not provided your job title and brief role.

And they given me 30 days

Actually the fact is that "I have never been a member of an organization or association" there might be chance (because i have not copy) that by mistake i wrote by hand that "I have been a member of an organization or association" but in detail surely (because I have a copy) i wrote N/A and for point 2 i missed the required information.

Seniors please guide me what to do???

Hi seniors i am new to this forum and my time line is as:
File sent to CIO office on 21 sep.2010
File transfer to Buffalo office (RBVO) on 15 feb.2011
Now when i asked to my consultant today they told me a new story that it would be another 9 months likely to be start your application because according them visa office acknowledge my application on 21 sep.2011.
So i am bit confused about this acknowledgment date that i have never heard please help me.

Hi Siobhan! We'been RBVO for 8 mths (march to oct 2011), Lvo never replyed to our queries, I'd advice just to wait, they have their own plan, very hard to predict and explain. It also depends what type of person immigration officer you'll get, best of luck to you!!! Just keep informing them of any changes in your personal circumstances.
I think if your personal details are shown in e-cas then you can send case specific enquiry yourself, but if your agent's details are shown then you should contact him to do it for you.

Can somebody please advise how to ask LVO if they received our original Pcc and bank draft, I'm not sure how to do it diplomatically. If i ask straight forward I know they won't answer. Thanks very much
