Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi folks, firstly congratulations to anyone that has received good news lately

I will be RBVO for 6 months on 21 December. Can I send a CSE to London myself or do I have to go through my consultant - I was unaware of this forum before I started my application!

Dear Canadestin,

I just checked the letter that I received from NDVO and it says exactly what you just mentioned..

"Valid passport or travel document for yourself, and all family members. This must be received at this office by: MM/DD/YYYY "


I've checked the contents of the letter requesting PP, and It nowhere mentions that cancelled or expired passports also need to be sent for stamping.

If it is specifically mentioned in some letter than it actually makes a difference.

But I feel (only feel) that there would be no harm in sending the cancelled PPs, if you wish.

NDVO asked me both the passprot.

Letter requesting as below:

Valid passport or travel document for yourself, and all family members. Please submit all passports, old and new, for all, once the mentioned requirements are met. This must be received at this office by: xx-xx-xxxx

So its depend on their requirement, if they request its better to submit. If they not requested better not to make any confusion to visa officer submitting old passport.

I dont remember exactly the name of the member but he was asked to send old PP. He may have some travel hist/cancelled visas which needed to be checked...or had a new pp and the application was done with old pp #.

If its not a problem then both of them should be send.

I was also asked to submit old and New Passport. I had already sent all Xerox copies of old one. Also had no travel history,

We received your application for permanent residence on August 4, 2009.


We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 24, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.


We transferred your application to the London England office on September 29, 2009. The London England office may contact you.


Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 14, 2010.

i have requested MR N RPRF in march submitted in aprain 2011 than request PCC along with new generic form IMM0008 and background declaration in nov. 2011, i already submitted my previous PCC of the country where i lived but as i got new job in ksa so asked my PCC .any idea wht will be the next stage///////////////////////////
