Mitali want to ask few things. what is CIIP? Is it safe to contact them for counselling? they ask for confidential letters related to PR visa processing?
Do you where on this forum, can i find people views and their experience with CIIP.

CIIP stands for Canadian Immigrant Integration Program and I would certainly recommend that you attend a session if you have the chance. If they do not have sessions close to where you are, you could even sign up for an online session. It is a government funded program (so it is free for the applicants) so you really shouldn't miss out on it.

They basically give you a general idea about Canada on the first day, letting you know about things like job markets, how to go about making your resumes, the geography of the country etc.

The second day is the most useful as they sit with you one on one to discuss your profession and what you would need to do to be successful in landing a job asap once you get there. They also provide you with a lot of very useful links and put you in touch with their counterparts in Canada to offer assistance after you land.

I know it is hard to try and stay positive everytime someone is posting some good news and you still haven't heard a word from Buffalo...
I know it's eating your heart out, believe me, I've been there too!!!
For me it also has been a long, long wait because of the AEO approval+visa procedure and have been waiting for almost 2 years now.
But I'm sure, your time will come to celebrate and if so I hopefully will be the first one to congratulate you!!!
Try to stay positive, even when it's hard, but you WILL get that Visa....one way or the other!
For now, I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you guys/girls and hope you all will receive some good news soon! :-*
