Hello EXPERTS URGENT URGENT URGENT

need a suggestion, my cousin sent his application to CIO which is about to reach them. yesterday we found a big mistake in application. by mistake his unmarried sister was declared in the additional family information form as MARRIED :-\, which she is not till date. She holds a PR visa with an unmarried status.
what to do now? need quick suggestions?
Shall we wait for the file to come to NDVO and then tell them about the mistake?
will this mistake put his sister into problem who holds pr visa?

I think Sonir too made the change due to typing error ........................

well cheer up.....nothing to worry......as long its the only mitsake (typo) ur cousin has done....i hope he/she dint send any document which shows he/she is married...like husbands name....kids etc.
