I received my AOR on 14 april 2011. Those who received aor after me got visabut my file still not touched.
NDVO says they processs files in accordance with its place in the queue, based on the date on which the application and fee payment were received in our office.
I am totally confused.

Hi N Desire,

I appreciate your search.....students are mostly affected by a negative response to their applications but FSW have a good chance.

Dual Intent is for A22(2) states: “An intention by a foreign national to become a permanent resident does not preclude them from becoming a temporary resident if the officer is satisfied that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.” Dual intent is present when a foreign national, who has applied for permanent residence in Canada also applies to enter Canada for a temporary period as a visitor, worker or student. Dual intent on the part of the applicant is therefore not prima facie grounds for refusal of temporary resident status.

hi candestin
this is the reply i got for my CSE today
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi .

Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review. Applications in the Skilled Worker category are processed in order of receipt. Your application forms and fees guarantee your place in the processing queue. Your file is being processed in accordance with its place in the queue, based on the date on which the application and fee payment were received in our office. As we are not yet ready to review your file, you are not required to send any documents in support of your application. When we are ready to review your file, we will send a document request letter to you using the contact information we have on your file. That letter will list all documents required to continue processing your application.

Please note that changes in the volume of new applications received, and in the resources available to process them, can lead to shorter or longer processing times. Also, some applications, owing to their complexity, take longer to process than others.

@Hariranjith,

I feel that you should receive some news shortly.

Regards
Nokiadesire
