yes , they were sent by my DMP to VO. I don`t know what dose DD mean and I did not recieve any request for RPRF

They may not request you anything for RPRF because it is said in the brochures that you have to pay it before you get your Visa stamped in the Passport so, even if they will send you the PPR they will not send you back the pass with the visa until you have payed RPRF.

That most of us have submitted...but it has an expiration date....for those close to expiration date...it is assumed that the VO's send the PCC request.....what about RPRF....do you have to submit that too?

The RPRF should be payed by the applicant without any request because it is obligatory for all who get to the final stage of PPR and you can"t get your visa stamped if they check and realize that you haven't payed it, so you have to pay it at least before you send your PP.

I think 3131 cap reached on march 15th 2010 as per cic website.I do not have a clue when you say the "ACTUAL DATE".can you pls explain
