Hi all,

Well sorry I am a bit scarce on here nowadays - truth be told I barely have time to keep up with all the PMs!

Well I've been in Canada for around 6 weeks now. The new job is going very well. I have a BC driving license, my permanent residents' card, my SIN card and most things sorted now. Missing my wife though, she will be here on 1st December.

It still feels a bit strange!

my adress was disappeared only for 3 days when I became In Process that was on 19.09.11 only for 3 days after that adress still on Ecas
During this time I have sent 3 Emails to London VO and got always very kind and polite reply after 1 week.

Hi,

Its too early for you to receive any confirmation from CIC yet. The current timeline is approx 2 months. Your NOC was Capped very recently....did you check the website when it was capped as against the receipt of your application at CIO?

If you made it in the cAP then you should be receiving an email from CIO, Sydney as a confirmation of receipt of your application and keep checking your Junk/spam mail box for the email.

thanks yawanika, actually when u got into process it was hope for all NDVO applicants dat its still working ;D and dats when i thought i had a chance within few weeks, hoping to get the meds request anytime now

I sent case specific enquiry. (email).

We also send an CSE via email.
Even though we are "In Process" and have done our Meds, we haven't heard anything for over 3 months now...
This is the last and finall step for us and we are eager to take it!
Hopefully your file will be processed very soon, because after getting your Visa you'll be the one making the decisions!!!
