I have faith in Allah....yes i aadvised others not to loose hope..... but here i am not hoping anything positive....just angry that NDVO is not responding....if its negative they shoukd let me knw....n not to make me wait for such a long time without any progress from 7 months

dreaming_yyz here again. Dont know when my dream will become a reality. Do I sound pessimistic. Well 15 months completed from the 2nd AOR. Kinda frustrating but keeping fingers crossed. Mitali, I have a few doubts, concerns and questions. If you can just spare a little of your valuable time to answer me, I would be ever grateful.

1) In my CAIPS report, one line was mentioned

Missing documents : Proof of birth PA and spouse

(because I didnt send the copy of birth certificates of myself and my wife)Why did'nt you send it within the 120day(since you are Pre jun applicant)? That is a mandatory document. Without it your application will fail

Now my question is shall I send the copy of birth certificates of mine and my wife immediately
or shall I wait for their instructions.SEND IT IMMEDIATELY

2) I have a job offer from Muscat - Oman. Very good salary. I am in a dilemma that shall I accept it
or not.Yes, you should accept it....dont put the progress of your life on hold because of Immigration. There will be some solution to your problems ...always. Can I transfer my case to Muscat - Oman (CHC). No, you cannot transfer your VO. But you will have to inform VO of the change in address and job. You will also have to send new Reference letters form your new employer;and if thats not possible then write in a cover note the reason of not providing Ref letter. It is obvious that a new employer may not be happy to provide such a letterWill it affect the timelines.No

3) But the visa which they are offering me is not the same profession as the job ie. It does not matter....you have already qualified at the initial stage

However if I notarise it and send, will there be any problem.

Because I sent the birth certificates of my children without notarising. THey didnt ask me about it though.

Because I sent the birth certificates of my children without notarising. THey didnt ask me about it though.The responsibility is on the Applicant to send all documents/supporting docs/refs. CIC will not ask for anything.....they will make a decision based on the information available on the file

If you had been a post Jun applicant then your file would already been rejected at CIO. This is a second chance for you....send the BC for yourself and spouse ASAP.

Shall I mention in the covering letter that I forgot to send it with the documents and sending it now. Or just send the copies without a covering letter by just putting the Immigration file number on it?
