Hi all Friends & Seniors,

I have one query. Please guide me on this.

I want to know that who ever received Medical request from NDVO. On the Medical Paper there is any stamp of person photograph is there or it is just a Medial form without photo & stamp.

Please let me know for this.

Today received an email from CHC... mentioning they have sent me a letter dated 21-Sept-2011 asking for additional documents as "Passport size photographs as per the guideline of IMM3999" .... junk fellow doesn't know that IMM3999 applicable to Family Class Visa and not FSW/FSW2.... Wrote a solid email response asking to convince me if I still fall under Family Class ...... looking forward for their response.... I will keep you all posted on this... (if interested) !!!

Now i am sure of 1 thing....if ur eCAS changes to IN PROCESS...then definetly some action has been taken......but if its still in RBVO then no action has taken place.

Examples...

kappinera....got Verfication call..n background checks going.

Sonir....req for add doc

Paramvir....got verification call

i always had doubt abt Moabbasi....i used to thnk NDVO had sent MR but he dint receive...later thot may b like kappinera ..he will also get v.call n background checks will b done

but now after seeeing his post ....(sent letter requesting photographs on 21 sep) its confirmed...his status changed to IN PROCES on 23. sep.

so ...hariranjith, rupesh nayak,binny , taptatanu...our file has not be touched...or its still waiting for review of Visa officer...no background check...no verification.....Inshallah we will receive good news soon

once ur hard copy of MR is dispatched....ur status will change ...

may b.....wat i meant in my earlier post is....if an action has taken place like,,,back ground check...or verification calll...then status will change to IN PROCESS....i was nt talking abt MR.

In short...if NDVO decides to check background.....then Status will definetly change to IN PROCESS....

E mail is coming from a new ID of NDVO, the person clearly told me it will take time so no hard copies will be sent pls print the attached one and use them.

I was RBVO when my ECAS was updated for an additional line for interview around mid-July ......I requested GCMS notes.......As per the notes, my file was opened and reviewed (and commented on) in March, June and July.....Interview happened in late Aug and ECAS was updated to IP on Aug. 31st.....Check my timeline on the left for correlating the activities.....
