Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

I had send updated documents as asked by London VO in August 2011 (they did not ask for updated PCC), any idea when can I expect MR ??

MR is expected any moment and updated PCC will be asked with MR & RPRF.
As per seniors this time of the year there will be slow down due to visa quotas.

They updated the processing times again. Buffalo processing time increased from 21 months to 23 months. But still they say :
Processing times for applications received on or after June 26, 2010 are unavailable as sufficient final decision data does not exist!!!!!!!!

According to their website Processing times are shown only where an office has finalized 10 or more cases in the past 12 months. I know more than 10 people here that have got their visa after 26 June in most of the visa offices. Why they do not show our processing time?!?!?!

As per the projections listed in the annual report to parliament by Minister of immigration the quotas are
(Jan to Dec) as follows;
Total target for 2011 – 240000 to 265000
Economic Class – 150600 to 161300 out of which
FSW – 74,000 to 80400 out of this
Principal applicant 33200 to 36600,
Spouses & dependents 40800 to 43800
Family Class – 58,500 to 65500
Protected persons – 23200 to 29000
Others – 7700 to 9200

How they distribute to 27 visa offices around the world is a question.

Nobody will know about quota distribution between VO.

If getting exhausted then they will carry the pending files to next year and start action from Jan itself.

Once you complete medical they have to give priority to you so that you can enter Canada within one year from your medical.

After medical result receipt by VO you should get your case finalised with in 3 to 5 months and get your visa if security clecks are cleared.

Hello all dear members, :
i need some consultation,
my satutus changed in to IN PROCESS about 2 months ago, and i applied from IRAN, but i came to Germany for continuing my education, it is about 3 months i am here and i did not change my address because i thought it may take more time if i change my address in the website, now after this time (3 months ) i am a bit confused,
my VO at the moment is Warsaw,and it is possible for me to travel to Iran anytime for medical process.

should i announced that my living place is changed?
does it affect negatively if i dont tell them i have changed my place?
does anybody know how much time takes more when you change address?
if i wanna change my address is it enough just to do it in the website? should i send any other documents?

i am looking forward for advices

You must inform VO about your change in resident status if you stay more than 6 months continuing your education in Germany & you have to submit PCC of Germany.
Take immidiate action accordingly on this to save time.

hello mycan, I do not think German PCC is required. it is my understanding that PCCs are required for locations where an applicant has lived for more than 6 months at a time of application, not after.

Hi Coffee,

The idea of getting PCC is to check the background of the applicant......we all know that; and Canada would not admit anyone who is/had having a Criminal Background.

If some Criminal activity has been lodged against the applicant after the INITIAL application date, then that has to be intimated to CIC at any cost, if the stay has been more than 6m.

Irrespective of any criminal activity, any stay over 6m in any other country, after/before initial application has to be accompanied with PCC.

I have no clue why CIC requires a 6m stay for PCC.......because a criminal activity can occur on DAY 1 of stay in another country; so the purpose of not admitting a Criminal into Canada is defeated, if/when a Criminal activity takes place within 6m and a PCC is not required and thus a Criminal would be admited anyways..... ??? ???
