Dear All,
This is my second mail but I just want to convey this message to everyone as Sadqa-e-Jaria. One of my cousin got lung cancer few months back. That was really shocking to all his family members. Cancer diagnosed was of stage three. Immediately treatment was started from Pakistan most of the art hospital for cancer i.e. Shoukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore. But there were little chances to reverse the disease as it's already reached to stage 3.Than one day somebody told us about a person who is treating cancer by herbs. We went there and he gave us some herbal medicines for ten days. It was really amazing when we saw an improvement in the condition of my cousin in just three days after taking the medicine. Now with grace of Allah his FDG PET CT reports are received from Shukat Khanum Hospital and there is no such thing as cancer in his FDG PET CT report. The doctors are really amazed and they talked to the person on phone.(Person who gave us medicine). I'm posting this add because if even a single human life is saved because of me will be a great honor for me. The name of that person is Mushtaq Khan sb, living in Pakistan, (Saddar Bazar Risalpur, Distt Nowshera KPK,). His Mob#0344-9728499,0300-9176901.His not charging a single penny from the deserving patients and just cost of medicine from the affording one. This is not his occupation as he is a well off Zameen dar/person of the area. Now hundred of cancer patient around the country and even from abroad are visiting him on daily basis. Two patients that I personally know are Ejaz Perwaiz of Lahore (56 Years old, lung cancer,Mob#0321-4448631) and Mr. Zamir Hussain of Okara,Mob#0313-9173787,0313-6957177 that are cured from his medicine.
I will request everyone to send this message to your contacts and if we are able to save some one life it's like we saved whole humanity.
I know this is not a proper forum for such things but I just want to save some one's life.

Does money should be in my wife personal bank account or it is ok and acceptable by CIC if I send them my personal bank statement.

POF can be in the name of PA or of the Co applicant. Yes, you can show your BA statement for POF.

Hi Shadab,

You must be aware that Indian PP cannot be send/receive out/in of Indian Territory...it is Illegal. A lot of discussions has already been made on this topic.

The option for you to send receive your PP from Saudi is to authorise someone (friend/family member) with proper papers. Entemaria has recently done this for his family by providing Authorization papers to his friend. Or you may come physically to India to get it stamped....the problem with this option is you would not know how long your PP would remain with VO.

Some applicants have successfully used (I do not endorse) Couriers...but if caught at Customs you may be subjected to heavy fines...Rs. 50,0000, 2 yr imprisonment or both. Also remember, the address should be Indian...Vo will not send out PP outside India.

@ Moabbasi : You cannot change your VO once it has been decided INITIALLY. You may request the VO but cannot ASK to change the VO. This power lies only with VO under "PROGRAM INTEGRITY".

@ Canadestin , Pl check the OP-6 Mannual Section 9.7 : FILE TRANSFERS

"Visa offices are not required to transfer files for any other reasons. Such reasons include cases of
applicants who comply with subsection R11(1) for the specified visa office, at the time the
application is received at the CIO, but subsequently leave the territory of the specified visa office.

process the application if eligible. The visa office should not transfer the file to another visa office
unless the transfer is warranted for program integrity reasons. Leaving a visa office's territory
alone, does not warrant a file transfer. In this case, if an applicant requests a file transfer, the visa
office should inform them that the application will not be transferred and that they are required to
submit a complete application to the visa office originally specified within the 120-day deadline
allotted by the CIO."

Thanks for your inputs.....But someone in other thread told me that we can request current VO to transfer our file to the VO where we gonna live physically as my visa is expiring in April 2012 and I don't want to extend my stay here so why would it be a problem????what do u think?

Hi everyone,

I've sent my wife's PCC to my lawyer who suggested forwarding it to the Visa office before they are requested, however, he advised that with every additional document the process of my application could be delayed for another 3-5 months.
I am confused whether to submit it now or to wait until they are requested by the Visa office. I am RBVO since 8 or 9 July 2011.

Any advice??? :-\
