Buddy Thanks for info, normally how long it takes to get the receipt of DD encashment by post after Medicals and PPs submitted ? once the DD got encashed its confirmed to get the visa right ?

courier reached at ndvo on 29th oct and the receipt is dated 3rd nov ...I received it on 11th.... I dnt kno whether the visa is sure after dd encashment ...,,

Guys just while i was driving to my office got a call from CHC, after confirming my name address and all told me that this is from canadian high commision , and they want my Medical and PP within 30 days, they also said that we will wont be sending any hard copy for the same all you have to do is, check your email after few minutes , from there itself download the required forms and fix an appointment with your DMP

guys will inform you after checking my mail


so this is new style of NDVO...pls keep your cell numbers always with you even in the loo

After few days; they will send computerised receipt as proof of payment.

guys do any one knows how to check that my RPRF got encashed or not? when i checked with the bank customer care , they are saying they cant check because i have issued the DD in favour of Canada high commission newdelhi and i needs to check with the benificery .

please help me on this .. expecting ur advice on this .

We keep waiting and hoping that soon there will be some movement. These long periods of inactivity are indeed quite frustrating.

Hi,

I just spoke to service ontario customer care center to find out (for you) and here is what they said:

Once you land in ON, canada to finish off the landing procedure, you are eligible to apply for OHIP and you should not be out of ON for more than 30 days. If you plan to stay out for more than 30 days, then dont apply before leaving to your country. Your application will be invalid in that case. Come back to canada and then apply. In reply to your question, Going to your country for more than 30 days wont affect your eligibility for OHIP.

I am truly beginning to believe that Buffalo might have filled their quota or something. Otherwise it doesn't make much sense this silence. Its been over 3 months since no file has gone in process (avi last person to go in process - July, 25! :'().

Hello Friends,

I have sent CSE aongwith request of address change on 3rd November which in result address has been changed within 48 hours but still waiting for reply on CSE..........

One more question, Just wondering, If I go back to my country (India) as my visa is expiring on April 2012, is it possible to get my file transferred to New Delhi or my file will be accessed only in Sydney (AUS)?
