Hi All,

There was a minor error on the part of CHC while typing my name on the COPR. So I need to send the passport and COPR back to NDVO immediately. It will take another 15 -20 days again for receiving the rectified copies.

A reminder to all forum folks, kindly check all documents sent to you after you receive the visa. These typo errors are frequent with CHC.

To All NDVO member,

I want to share you some information, might be useful for some members,

First we two friends sent our files to Nova Scotia in sep 10 but my file was sent back due to insufficient documents (school leaving certi was kept instead of birth certificate) but my friend's file was not sent back (he also kept school leaving certi as birth proof).

After getting my Birth Certificate, I sent my file on 10 Feb 11. Now My another friend also sent his file on 02 Feb 11.

My first friend who sent his file in sept 10 got medical request in sept 11. My second friend who sent his file in Feb 11 got medical Request in June 11 and I received in end of sept 11.

So here my first friend got his MR, RFRF and PP in 12 months, My second friend got his MR, RFRF and PP in 4.5 months and I got MR, RFRF and PP in 7 months.

So the moral of story is you can not compare your timeline with anybody. Its all about the person or officer who is working on your file.

I agree. it depends on ur VO

sorry for long time, i was not active in forum, although regularly looking up the development.
moderator, i case is interesting:
i applied under 1122 category. file reached cio on 8th aug 2010. file on rejected on wrong grounds on 13 aug 2010. file came back on 8th dec 2010.by then 1122 category cap was full no chance remained.
filed the case for judicial review in federal court through a good advocate on 12th jan 2011. judicial review was accepted by federal court in may 2011. date fixed for judgement for 20th sept 2011.
before judgement department of justice attorney came for compromise. they were ready to again take the application and said completness will be completeed within one month. we agreed and got the judgement hrough court.
on 15th sep 2011, we resubmitted the application. they did the completeness check in 5 days on 20 sept 2011 they generated the UCI. on 20th ecas said RBVO nd vo. on 17th oct we got the first letter from NDVO with E number.
please update in tracker.
tell me what is the time you all think it will take for finalisation of my application date the consider for application received is still 13 aug 2010.
please suggest what should i do for faster processing.
