Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi Pratik,
i think its a PER because cic usually wont charge a CC unless its a PER, if your way of payment was different i wont have an answer. but through reading many posts on this forum no one Received NER his/her CC charged.
but still as i said its only my thoughts ( i have a strong feeling its PER )

Above are the NDVO applicants from July 2010 to 18 March 2011...(til yawanika)

These applicants dint receive any communication/instructions from NDVO nor went into "IN PROCESS" (According to Spreadsheet)

From the above List only ME, amar12345, AMICANADA, Paramvir, rupesh nayak, kittu AND rayon_joy are active. So there are chances that other might have received communication/instruction from NDVO.

If anyone from the above sees this post then plz update ur status.

I just received an email from Warsaw VO asking for the following



Evidence of sufficient settlement funds. "The funds must belong to me and must be located in a bank account in my name."

The above requirements must be met within 30 days.

IMO settlement funds can be shown in either PA or accompnying spouce's name....

Is it specifically mentioned in the letter that the funds have to be in "your" name only?

I just received an email from Warsaw VO asking for the following

1- To send a scanned copy of the main page for me and my accompanying family members' passports (pages with photograph and personal information), pages with passport validity information and pages with information about children included in the passport to the Embassy of Canada in Warsaw by e-mail attachment.

2- Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for me and for my spouse ( 2x490 CAD)
