I see a lot of visa has been issued for the forum members very recently..Am really happy for all who got visas and wish u all success in canada.Am a november 2010 applicant and i havent received my medicals yet.Its been an year now after my application reached cic.In the CIC website,they have'nt given the total processing time for post june 2010 applicants.How long do u think the total processing time for post june 2010 applicant is?

hi all my Ecas changed today and additional line of "medical results have been received" is added. does it mean the result of our medicals have been reported to Warsaw VO and does it mean that we have been found eligible medical wise.???my address has also disappeared

It means that they have processed your medical.
The next stage is PPR and you should get it soon.

I wrote a letter to inquire my status to buffalo, and they replied. Said I am in process, and in the letter, I got the file number beginning with a BXXXXXXXX instead of the RN beginning with EXXXXXX, does this count my 2nd AOR?

Hard to say. Have you received any inquiries from the VO? Most people that applied in your time range have not heard anything from Buffalo and the CAIPS are showing blank. It is interesting they said you are "In Process". I should be getting my CAIPS next week and I will share my info.
