Dear friends..

I am entering the final lap

Received my passport request.

I will drive to buffalo on Monday night and will get the visa stamped on Tuesday morning. I am flying from buffalo to newyork and to my home country to see my son. I am not reentering Canada on November 1 but I will reenter on December together with my son and spouse.

This is an end to my long distance relationship.

Thanks to you all my friends who helped me in my tough journey who gave me strength.

Thanks to queen cougar, rod, cam, Pradeep and many other friends who gave me strength and all other friends in this forum.

Hi Mari:

Obviously you have to tell them, but maybe not immediately. Some applicants have reported that every time you contact your VO about something, you lose your place in the queue. Don't know if this is for certain, but just in case, you can wait until after your application goes into processing and you get your med request... Just my opinion...

Please note that you file has been reviewed and we are now ready to issue medical examination instructions for yourself and your family. Please note that we require updated Schedule1 Background Declaration forms (now known as Schedule A) for yourself and your spouse before we proceed to the next step of processing.
Please endeavour to submit updated forms for yourself and your spouse within 30 days of the date of this email. We look forward to hearing from you within 30 days.

I have sent them the Forms and they received them on the 06th october, but till now I did not receive my medicals,

the question now please when can I expect to receive the medical??!!

So happy to see your GOOD NEWS ......yes, its high time you meet your family and come back all together.

I have a question to ask though.....how did you get your spouse's and your child's PP .......did you have a friend/relative to get them for you? and what precautions did you take for a safe delivery? I am sure there are many people in the same situation as yours and might benefit from your experience.

[HI Shiv,this is not strange,mine is like yours,I 've received AOR on 29 March 2011,and no update after 7 months it is still RBVO !Buffalo is a slow visa office,I haven't seen anybody receiving MR from August 2011 until now.]
