We were away for a couple of weeks so congratulations to all of you who received some good news :D
We received an email from our VO 10 days ago that they haven't received our MR and that we have another 60 days to send it to them.
At first we were worried, but then we've read that we are not the only ones :( :)
So we've sent them an email and a fax with our DMP/DHL receipts and tracking letter. They haven't answered to any of them - but today we received our PPR 8) :P
And our e-cas is still in-process but with an extra line from today - Medical results have been received :)

Moderators, please update our spreadsheet data, thanks!

Best wishes,
MiTSch

Congrats!!!
After almost having a heart attack you must be feeling on top of the world today!!!
Good luck with this last and final step, you deserve it!!! :-*

Kind regards,
Louise!

Anyone any idea on this one. my stepson age 21 was locked into our application even though he won't be coming to Canada with us,we have got to get medical done for him,we have the request etc. When we are paying RPRF do we also have to pay for him even though he won't be joining us to Canada, would be grateful for any ideas on this as not sure what to do. Can any seniors or anyone help out thankx.

RPRF is "Right to Permanant Residency" or in other words PR Visa stamping fee.

It has to be paid for all acompanying applicants who would be travelling with you or at later stage and would join you as family.

In case you have included his name in list of family members acompanying you in your application, you should pay RPRF for him as well.

Even if he has to join you at later stage,, RPRF should be paid, visa stamped and travel can be done later,, .... otherwise it would also complicate your application status with the VO.

Thanks for your reply paramvir, thats what i wasnt sure about as my stepson will not be accompanying us or joining us at a later date. I was told all children under the age of 22 have to have medicals done. At that stage of our initial application we had a advisor dealing with our application who we have now finished working with due to being overcharged wrong info given ,time wasting the list is endless. I know my stepsons passport is out of date so now im so unsure of what to do now. I thought my stress was over :). Any more help or suggestions would be great many thanks.

Dear All
5 minute ago received PPR.
I had done medicals in dec 2010. Just enough time to get the visa.
This forum has been a great information.
Thank you all
