Congrats hussam! :D Try to eat and drink healthy and keep fit for the medicals.

Sounds that Warsaw is moving on steadily.Though there is no PPR as yet from quite a number of post June 26 Iranians whose files are being processed in Warsaw, we are still hopeful. Has anyone from your country in the same category received visa or even PPR from Warsaw so far?

Best of luck with your Meds,
Katy

Moderators, please update my info in the tracker. Yesterday, 26 oct we received word from VO Paris that they are ready to issue our visa! :D E-cas still says "in process" but now (since this morning) with an added line in the details: "Medical Results have been received." E-cas for me has always been lagging behind.
We'll probably land in the second half of Nov to go house hunting and then come back to collect the family and permanently move over the Hollidays so I can start working 4 Jan in our new town Kingston, ON.
It's finally all coming together!!

Good luck to the others on the forum, with a special mention for Krokro (Paris VO) and Louise (volksgenoot ;) - she'll translate if necessary)

Cheers, Kris

Congrats CalVdS, My best wishes for a great time in Canada.

Hi Katy:

Thank you for your kind words as always ;D The only ray of sunshine in all this process has been meeting good people such as yourself and the hardest thing about this entire procedure is that the unfair process is void of any meaning.

I hope things are moving along for you also and look forward to the day when our families finally meet in Canada, hopefully sometime soon. :)

Stay happy,
Cam

Thanks Cam, very nice of you indeed. :)
I too feel truly blessed to have to come to know some great people like you during this stressful process; a number of friends meeting all of whom in person is my wish.

I can understand your frustration due to unfairness, but a little more patience buddy and the dawn will break soon. ("andaki sabr, sahar nazdik ast" as we put in Farsi)

Take care,
Katy

Hi all, how's it going?

Just to let you know my PR card arrived. Took about 6.5 weeks (40 business days). However, my wife's card hasn't arrived (guessing they just process them seperately so hopeful it'll be here in the next few days!).

At least I can get my BC driving license released now and get some decent Canadian photo ID with my address on so I can be a real person.... ;)

Best of luck to anyone else who is waiting.

Wayne.

Here is what I think regarding Buffalo. It appears that they are giving out applications filed from Dec. 2009 to March of 2010 to other visa offices, throughout the United States. That only leaves 3 months unaccounted for, April, May and June. July and August and some September post June 28 applicants have already gone "In Process." So, all in all, our turn should be near I would guess.

Hoping and dreaming,
Cam

My Husband just picked up our mail, they have given us 60 days to return MR and PRF.There is no passport request there. That actually works out ok for me as ive got to make a trip in Jan and passport required.Goodluck to all. Our HRSDC letter is due to run out in Feb. If we have passport bk by then will we have to go to Canada by then or could we leave it until June until our sons college is over. My husbands job offer can be started whetever date he arrives. Any help on this one id appreciate. ::) ::)

Forum members I need your opinion regarding our medicals. My husband and I finished our medical here in Saudi Arabia last Oct 6 and London received it October 11, our 2 kids did their medicals in Manila last October 8 but the doctor submitted their results only yesterday, October 26 and hopefully will be received in London next week.I would like to ask,how long do we have to wait for the line Medical Results Received to appear on my ecas? And how long do we have to wait for our PPR? Many thanks
