Ramanbeedh got MR without in process by mail ?

is it true ?

he got email (bcos he is in UK) from NDVO ...that they are sending Medical forms.....but till now he hasnt received.

After the email his status changed to IP

IN PROCESS is not the IN thing now.

Receiving MR is IMP.

since NDVO woke up....no FEB + applicant received MR.

Ramanbeedh got email about MR ...but till now he has not received it.

The only difference I see for Feb + Applicants is...earlier they were in RBVO...now IN PROCESS....but no MR

Agreed....

dats the tension.

We r still in eligibility process by VO....may b the VO is discussing with colleagues abt our files...this is very imp stage in whole process...bcos we have to wait for so long just to find whether our app. is eligible for further processing

once status change to IP then we can relax.

fingers n legs crossed :)

Good for you!!!
It's about time London is taking a serious look at their FSW2 applications!
They must notice that with other countries also sending their meds to London( mine for example), they cannot give other people a fair processingtime!
I think it's absolutely crazy for FSW2 to wait this long, because in Canada some employer is also waiting...
LMO was supposed to get a quicker process than AEO but that's not even coming true...
Hang in there Helen, hopefully this enquiry will open their eyes to the problem they are causing!
Kind regards,
Louise! :-*

Well Louise you are right, but the problem has been that there have been so many fraudulent FSW2 apps that CIO has had to do very stringent checks to weed out the spurious ones. The only downfall is that genuine FSW2 applicants like Queencougar and others get delayed for no fault of their own.

That is the precise reason me, Wayne and few others were protesting against people here who have fradulently shown POF and others but some of our forum members were sadly supporting these fraudulent people. We need to stop supporting this non sense as genuine people get shafted due to greed and dis honesty of some people.

London has a full fledged medical division that tackles the Meds of other offices too and so i dont think that is delaying anything directly as the doctors who re-analyse the Meds and officers who process our files are different teams.

@ Param.....

Your AOR - 3rd March
Rupesh - 14th April
Canadestin - 20th April (yet to cross 6m)

If you diligently check and re check your application and find no mistake and have no complex conditions (straightforward)....then the only reason I can think of is of a -Application selected for RANDOM CHECK ,a lazy VO (very unlikely...as he is answerable to his seniors), or some documents missing (lost) from your package (Fault at VO's office).

Applicants recently married might also have a delay followed by a request for further documentations, Change in job or contradictory response from employer on verification may also be treated likewise.

CAIPS request will help understand the right situation at VO.

Mitali

Thanks Mitali.....

@ Forum members... I suggest formation of "Mitali Fan Club"...

Interested members please give consent...

but i wld be the foundation member...

Dear friends

My visa office is Singapore. Did my Medicals on 19th August, Medicals sent to VO on the 22nd August, ecas was updated as "medical results have been received " on 17th Sep.

So it's been almost a month after I have the " Medical results......." but no PPR. What could be the problem here?

Pls advise

Charlie

Well, at least you've got Medicals received on Ecas!
I don't know the time Singapore is handling before sending PPR?
Can't you find it on the CICsite?
Good luck and hang in there, you're almost there!!!

Kind regards,
Louise!

I know, and I do agree with you!
I'm a FSW2 myself and believe me, I know how hard it is to proof the joboffer is a genuine one!
My VO( Berlin) is working very fast, thank god, but it was a long journey before even applying for a visa.
Once you're thrue the CIO check, where your LMO and AEO are allready being checked if it's a genuine one, it's should not take this long to get Meds request!

But in QCs' case, her husband is allready working with LMO ( proof of a genuine joboffer) in Canada so there should not be a problem!
VO London is a very busy VO and because of the new rules for some departments it will give backlog.
But in QCs' case it's really ridiculous it will take this long!!!
She hasn't got any understandable explanation WHY it's taking so long, not even by the minister of immigration...
It's just a standard answer, and that's all she gets!

I really feel sorry for her and hope she'll hear some good news very soon!

Kind regards,
Louise!
