Dear mitali, proudi, paramvir,

i talk with my agent regards this he told me that we already send a case specific inquiry from your side

lets see what happen.

because now i'm relay frustrate.

I have already sent a case specific inquiry but NDVO has not respond back. I guess GCMS would be the right option.

Yes, my mistake on the date...Yes Rupesh can send CSQ (just crossed the date by 4days) but I still think he might get the std reply (my opinion).....and this has been discussed may times on the forum that VO's be given some more time beyond the std time (6m, NDVO) for a CSQ...and only if there is a REAL concern to be notified to the VO.

After 14 months of waiting I have once more e-mailed Minister Kenney's office to query the delay with our processing.
On their last reply when we were at 10 months processing, they said that they were currently processing 80% of applicants within 13 months and that they could not consider Ministerial Intervention until after that time had elapsed.

SO, now it has elapsed and I am making the same points again as I did in the previous e-mail-
Procedural Fairness of processing in order received is not being followed.
Category 2 times have increased massively over what was quoted when we applied.
Applicants at London (especially Cat 2) are being unfairly disadvantaged in timelines when other nationalities being processed at London are showing shorter times ti Visa.
Cat 2s are being disadvantaged by having to renew their LMO which costs them and their Canadian employer more money.

We will see what the reply is this time, now that our timeline exceeds their stated 80%processing times and we have not even received our medical requests yet.
I will report what their reply is as soon as I receive it.

Good for you!!!
It's about time London is taking a serious look at their FSW2 applications!
They must notice that with other countries also sending their meds to London( mine for example), they cannot give other people a fair processingtime!
I think it's absolutely crazy for FSW2 to wait this long, because in Canada some employer is also waiting...
LMO was supposed to get a quicker process than AEO but that's not even coming true...

Hang in there Helen, hopefully this enquiry will open their eyes to the problem they are causing!

Kind regards,
Louise! :-*

Hey Mitali ,,,

What may be the possible reasons of delay after completion of time mentioned on 2nd AOR letter.. Jibs,, rupesh,, canadestin myself are a few in that category...

Is it that our files were short of some docs... Or they suspect something fishy...

Even in those cases a letter with additional doc request or interview should have been sent...

Please throw some light and advise..

Paramvir
As far as canadestin is concerned he still has two days left but you all should mail or fax NDVO . if all is genuine then why are you waiting ........

@Param.....

Your AOR - 3rd March
Rupesh - 14th April
Canadestin - 20th April (yet to cross 6m)

If you diligently check and re check your application and find no mistake and have no complex conditions (straightforward)....then the only reason I can think of is of a -Application selected for RANDOM CHECK ,a lazy VO (very unlikely...as he is answerable to his seniors), or some documents missing (lost) from your package (Fault at VO's office).

Applicants recently married might also have a delay followed by a request for further documentations, Change in job or contradictory response from employer on verification may also be treated likewise.

CAIPS request will help understand the right situation at VO.

Dr. Bhatia...

First of all we need to understand that 2AOR is not applicable for Post June 26 applicants...it was only for Pre Jun applicants when they had to send full docs and receive 2nd AOR from their respective VOs.

Dr. Bhatia....the trend being followed by NDVO during Jun-Sept was : 2-3 months between RBVO status and AOR date....so I think you are okay ...your 6month will be from September 14. There is no guarantee that you will be IN PROCESS after 6month....but there are valid chances.

Dear friends

My visa office is Singapore. Did my Medicals on 19th August, Medicals sent to VO on the 22nd August, ecas was updated as "medical results have been received " on 17th Sep.

So it's been almost a month after I have the " Medical results......." but no PPR. What could be the problem here?

Pls advise

Charlie

IN PROCESS is not the IN thing now.

Receiving MR is IMP.

since NDVO woke up....no FEB + applicant received MR.

Ramanbeedh got email about MR ...but till now he has not received it.

The only difference I see for Feb + Applicants is...earlier they were in RBVO...now IN PROCESS....but no MR
