2 March Applicants got into PRocess.

Moabassi : He dint receive MR...just status changed.

And Yawanika: If He/She receives MR then we can assume that our applications are put on hold for some reason.

i talk with my agent last day for case specific inquiry because i completed 6 month today from second AOR , he say that some march applicant also got medical so it's totally depend on visa officer.

he also tell me that we r sending the case specific inquiry for every client day by day when they completed six month or more .

My heart goes out to you. Its surprising that your MR is not sent till now seeing that some October applicants got their visas few months ago. When was the last time you enquire about your application?
I pray you get some progress this month.

Thanks for the concern Shalom but this wait is sometimes just too much....My consultant has already sent an e-mail inquiry to London VO this week and I am waiting for there reply...hope I get some positive news soon in the coming days or else I am thinking to apply for CAIPS......Its exactly 3 months today that London VO received my updated documents and after that looks like they went into hibernation as far as my file is concerned or maybe my visa officer is still enjoying summers in his backyard....

Some good news from my side. Its not PPR yet but a decision has been made on my application.

I just got this email from London VO:

Dear Sir,
E0XXXXXXX
This is regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that a positive decision has been made on the above file. However, we have noted that your family has another file BXXXX in Accra, Ghana. In order for us to finalise this application, your family must withdraw the file submitted in Accra as soon as possible. Please note that you will have to inform our offfice in Accra regarding the withdrawal. We will not be able to withdraw the file from our office in London. Kindly send us a confirmation when you have initiated the withdrawal with our Accra office.
We look forward to hear from you soon.

I have sent an email and CSE to Accra VO few minutes ago.
Question: Do I need to wait for a reply from Accra or forward a copy of the email to London VO as a proof that I have asked Accra to withdraw our 1st application?

Congratulations to all who has received good news. It looks like we are going to apply for Caips notes,could anyone give me a idea of best way to do this and who do I apply to. Also I'd like to send VO a email to see if they will enlighten us to how our file is co ming along if anything else is required,I know this is a long shot,but willing to try it. Has anyone else sent emails like this before at a similar stage to us and got a reply.Goodluck to all
