To all friends who are impatiently waiting to hear from their VOs... Here is something to think about:

frends plz help me im in a problem
i received my MR and RPRF form yesterday dated 29-sep-2011,.....

frends there ws a note where written to check'' sur name' forename,marital status and gender......
and ws mentioned to inform CHC for any smallest mistake bcz if wouldnt,it can lead to signaficant delays in processing''they said that names should b exactly match to pass port and its not matching due to that one letter mistake.....

when i checked the forms for these there ws a lilttle spelling mistake in name of my spouse....instead of A they put E,,

ALL of u know how much i waited for it to be received, we were abt to tuk appointment from doctor, and there are couple of other reasons which were making these days best suitable for going into medicals,,,,,

i got so disoppointed......plz tell me what should i do now?
tell CHC london?
fax, email, telefon? what should i go for?
what can CHC possibly suggest me regarding this? return the form? use it as such?
also plz seniors provide me with valid e mails and fax and tel numbers to contact them immidiately. i m so sworried and u people are my only hope after Allah

Hi docpak, to avoid any problems in the future you should certainly contact London VO and bring this to their attention. You can contact them on this email address: re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

They usually respond in a day or two. Don't worry, have faith and all will be well.

Please update my status:

This morning received Med Request by Reg Post, they also asked for RPRF and updated PCC from my country of birth, other than country of residence, which is a bit complicated for me it terms of time line.

They gave us only 60 days to complete everything

But the main problem is that they swapped our kids pictures, attached incorrect photos on their forms. ???

What would be the best for us to e-mail them or fax them?

Imagine they do same mistake with visa in passports :
