Our medicals were received on 28th April 2011, and ECAS updated with "Medicals received" line on 20th June - so it's about 8 weeks usually. The problem is that London VO acts as the medical services division for several visa offices, not just those for London, and so there can be a bottleneck getting the results approved.

Once you get the "medicals received" line it should be pretty quick to get PPR after that (ours only took 5 more days for decision made, and another 3 days for PPR).

Best of luck,
Wayne.

Thanks Wayne. Yours was about 7.5 weeks. By next weekend, mine will be 7.5 weeks as well.
I am persuaded that October is my month of good news.
Cheers

I think its a good Idea to start a new thread to get our status into Process.

This guy started the thread...and very next post was from himself stating his status changed to IN PROCESS

he is NDVO JAN APPLICANT

ammaartahir,

Why dont u apply for CAIPS? Seems like you should

Rod

Thank you very much for the advice Rod! Yes, thinking for the same now... it's too strange for me because my case is extremely straightforward and I see no reason for delay.
